My Story

My Personal Side

  • Born in Belleville Ontario and spent the school months there and spent the summers on Mazinaw Lake
  • I am the youngest of 4 boys raised by amazing parents Joyce and Murray
  • Attended Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in Peterborough, graduating with a Bach. Religious Education in 1990.
  • I have been married to Julia for nearly 14 years and she is one of the hardest workers I know, working a full time job providing personal care and when at the house, she works in her ‘Salon.Julia’ as a hairstylist.
  • I have a daughter Brooke, a son Harrison, a stepson Tyler and his wife Jenna, a stepdaughter Whitney and son-in-law Kevin with three Grandchildren

  • I am blessed to have worked at many places that have provided many amazing experiences
  • Youth Pastor (6 yrs)
  • Adolescent Case Worker (3 yrs)
  • Technician and e-Learning specialist in a manufacturing facility (6 yrs)
  • Call centre associate, trainer and Supervisor (4 yrs)
  • Sr Recruiter (6 yrs)
  • Most recently a pool installer
  • In between some of these jobs were other ‘jobs’ in construction, landscaping, pizza delivery guy, retail sales, delivery guy and mover.

My Passionate Side

  • I am passionate about people and being a positive influence in their lives.
  • I feel honored and privileged when people ask for my assistance in any way whether it is to give advice, give an opinion or simply to listen. I never want to take that for granted.
  • I only want what is best for others and will go to great lengths to achieve that
  • When people entrust life-changing moments in their lives with me such as a wedding or a celebration of life, I aspire to do my very best for them, because they deserve nothing less.
